阿拉伯膠混合明膠包覆樟腦油微膠囊緩釋效果之探討

Preparation and Controlled Release Properties of Gelatin-Gum Arabic Microcapsules Encapsulated Camphor Oil

摘要


本研究以阿拉伯膠混合明膠做為殼材,樟腦油為芯材,採用複合凝膠法來製備微膠囊。固定殼材濃度改變交鏈劑濃度,找出最佳成型條件。並在固定交鏈劑濃度及改變殼材濃度下探討成型性、包覆率、粒徑與緩釋效果。為了提高緩釋效果樟腦油中添加不同比率緩釋劑探討對緩釋性的效果,最後將微膠囊放置於不織布上作制放比較。結果顯示以5%交鏈劑做出的膠囊會形成團狀而25%交鏈劑則分散良好。隨殼材濃度3%、5%和7%的改變膠囊的外型並無明顯變化,而包覆率改變不大,粒徑會有漸大的趨勢,但殼材濃度超過5%制放80min後就會形成一個封閉型微膠囊,而殼材濃度3%在2hr後還有持續制放的趨勢。將樟腦油加入當做緩釋劑的聚苯乙烯(PS)0%、3%、7%、10%在制放2hr後可發現加入緩釋劑量越多緩釋效果越明顯,確實可以減緩樟腦油的釋放速率。將微膠囊放置不織布上,制放2hr後制放率別不大。

Gelatin blended with Arabic gum microcapsules encapsulated camphor oil prepared by a complex cooperation method. The optimum condition for preparing microcapsules such as the concentration of wall material, surfactant agent and sustain agent were discussed. The results indicated that the proper surfactant concentration was at 25%, but no obviously different at the 3%-7% of concentration on the surface of microcapsules. The encapsulated ration were 97.2%, 98.9%, 99.0%, and the particle size were 173±21μm, 191±22μm, 214±19μm at 3%, 5%and 7% of wall material concentration respectively. The microcapsules became closed type granularly when the wall martial concentration over 5%. The effect of core oil release increased with adding polystyrene which used as a sustain agent, and the more polystyrene added the more effect we can obtain.
