PET纖維經表面處理後之微孔深度研究

The Depth Study of Micro Pores of the Polyester Fiber under Surface Finish

摘要


本研究係以纖維經表面處理後,而造成纖維表面凹陷、微孔,使纖維表面產生大小不一、深度不同的孔洞,藉由電子顯微鏡擷取表面影像找出纖維表面破壞後產生的微孔及深度。再將擷取的影像經過影像處理軟體找出孔洞,並利用增揚處理調整對比與亮度值使微孔呈現最清晰的影像,特別是破壞微孔邊界,以3-D立體圖繪出纖維破壞產生凹凸痕,加以評估微洞大小及深度值範圍,實驗結果得知350Wx20S的微波加工PET纖維深度值0.86604μm~0.93886μm,350Wx40S的微波加工PET纖維深度值0.779976μm~0.953304μm,350Wx50S的微波加工PET纖維深度值0.68609μm~1.0833μm,700KVx7Mrad電子束照射表面的PET纖維深度值0.28507894μm~0.57015789μm。

The study is by means of SEM results on cross-section of fiber to observe the micro pores caused by surface finish. Then finding the micro pores according to the analysis of Image-Pro and Suffer, and demonstrate the clearest picture of the micro pores using enhancing tuning of contrast and brightness, especially the boundary of micro pores. Finally evaluate the range of micro pore's size and depth caused by fiber failed in 3D figure, The depth of Polyester fiber is 0.86604~0.93886μm under 350Vx20S microwave destruction, 0.779976~0.953304μm for 350Vx40S, 0.68609~1.0833μm for 350Vx50S. And the depth of fiber radiated by 700KVx7Mrad electric beam is 0.28507894~0.57015789μm.
