不同奈米微粒對聚酯染色織物耐光染色牢度改善及物性影響之研究

Effect of Different Nano-Particles on Lightfastness and Physical Properties of Dyed Polyester Fabric

摘要


奈米微粒可以將紫外線反射或者吸收並轉換成低能量釋放達到抗紫外線之目的,奈米二氧化鈦和奈米氧化鋅的吸收波為紫外光、奈米二氣化矽的吸收波為紅外光,因為將入射光之部分吸收導致反射光顏色會有所改變。本研究主要係將聚酯織物先以不同分散染料染色,再經不同濃度之奈米二氣化鈦、奈米氧化鋅及奈米二氧化矽及不同加工流程處理,並經耐光染色牢度測試,以探討聚酯染色識物經不同奈米微粒加工及耐光牢度測試後,其前後之色彩值及耐光染色牢度的變化,且改變奈米添加濃-度探討對染色物之色牢度與色彩值及光照射時問對織物的物性及熱性質等之影響。經由實驗結果發現合一加工對染色織物之耐光牢度及物性影響皆比兩段式加工為佳,其中奈米二氧化鈦對染色織物之色彩值影響最大,容易造成染色織物色差變化,而染色織物經奈米氧化鋅處理,可減少強力及柔軟度損失,較奈米二氧化鈦及奈米二氧化矽明顯有效提升織物之耐光性能,並增加織物的耐光染色堅牢度;分散染料及奈米微粒對聚酯織物之Tm點沒有影響。

Nanometer particles can reflects ans absorbs the ultraviolet ray, and then transforms and releases the purpose to achieve ultraviolet rays to low energy. The absorption waves of the nanometer TiO2 and nanometer ZnO are the ultraviolet ray, the absorption wave of the nanometer SiO2 is the infrared light, because partly of the enter light will be absorbs, resulting in the reflect light with some colour changing. This present studies is mainly to dye the polyester with different disperse dyestuff first, and then treatment with different thickness of nanometer Ti02, nanometer ZnO and nanometer SiO2 and different manufacture processes, and tested by the lightness, after being tested in order to probe into the polyester dying fabric by different nanometer particle's processing and lightfastness, the changes of the colourmetric and lightfastness before and after it, and change the thickness of nanometer particle to discussion that influence on the dyeing fabric dyeing fastness, colourmetric and the time of ultraviolet light shine to physical properties and temperature of Tg and Tm, etc. The experimental result can find that the effect of lightfastness and physical properties of dyeing polyester fabric to dyeing and nanometer particles manufacture processes in one way will be better than dyeing and nanometer particles manufacture processes in two way. The nanometer Ti02 exerts a largest influence on colourmetric of the dyeing fabric, it is easily to cause the colour difference of the dyeing fabric, the most obvious improvement of warp strength, softness and lightfastness is nanometer ZnO, there is no Tm effect to polyester fabric with disperse dyestuff and nanometer particles.
