添加不同奈米微粒於水性聚氨基甲酸酯對抗紫外線及物性影響之研究

The Study on Anti-UV and Physical Properties of the Water-Based PU with Different Nanometer Particles

摘要


本實驗旨在提高水性PU樹脂抗紫外線的功能。其中以水性PU樹脂為基材,並添加具有抗紫外線功能的奈米微粒。本實驗中加入不同的奈米微粒,有二氧化鈦,二氧化矽,氧化鋅,分別添加至水性PU樹脂中並改變不同奈米微粒之添加量等變因,以探討不同奈米複合材料之抗紫外線效果及測試它們的物性變化。抗紫外線中,實驗結果顯示,水性PU樹脂分別添加不同奈米微粒時,其中奈米二氧化鈦抗紫外線效果最佳,遮蔽紫外線效果也最好,相反的則是二氧化矽對抗紫外線效果最差,遮蔽紫外線效果也最差。

The main Purport in this experiment is improving the function of the water-based PU to resisting the ultraviolet. The water-based PU is the based material with nanometer particles that has anti-uv function. In this experiment part add nanometer particles that has TiO2, SiO2 and ZnO to water-based PU, and change different nanometer particles quantity and Thickness PU resin/nanometer particle thickness, to discussion that the antu-uv ability with different nano composite and test the change of the physical properties. According to the result, water-based PU with three nanometer particles in various kinds of experiment turn into the reason, the nanometer TiO2 with the highest anti-uv ability and cover ability, in the other hand the nanometer SiO2 the with the worst anti-uv ability and cover ability is nanometer SiO2.
