超微細聚酯織物無版熱轉印色彩校正之研究

摘要


由於纖維科技的突破性發展,纖維的纖細度可從過去的超細纖維進一步到超微細纖維。因此,也使得日常用品之功能性提高與多樣化,例如:擦拭布吸濕性與吸油性之提昇,以及對於擦拭物磨損性之降低等。另外,仿麂皮布使織物具有優異之手感,同時藉由超微細纖維亦可開發多樣化與多功能性之服飾、家飾與特殊飾品用布。然而,唯一美中不足者即在染色特性上一直未能有適度之提昇或改善。因此,本研究的目的,在於無版熱轉印間的各媒體色彩上的差異性所產生的跨媒體色彩複製問題,利用一套有效的校正方式校正。是因應現今社會交期短及較適合多樣少量產品的色彩校正。由實驗結果顯示,經由色彩校正後即可在超微細纖維織物上獲得較佳的色彩複製效果。

The fineness of fiber nowadays is able to be smaller than that beforetime from the micro fiber to the super-micro fiber due to the superior improvement in the technology for man-made fibers during the latest ten years. This makes daily stuffs being multi-function and -use. For instance, the hydrophoilicity and hydrophobility of the fabric has been increased, and the abrationability for the objects cleaned by this fabric decreased. However, the only drawback in the use of super-micro fiber is that its dyeing properties including the dyeing abrasion fastness are still not adequately improved. Nowadays, the domestic and foreign technique of heat-transfer printing for the fabrics made of super-micro fibers sill needs to be further improved. And the stencilless transfer printing would be the tendency of printing industry in the near future. And hence, in this printing method was used in this study to establish the colour characterization for the fabrics used in costume, household and special ornament, and made of super-micro fibers. The colourizing properties of these fabrics were also investigated. The results indicate that the colour characterization for the fabrics made of super-micro fibers printed using stencilless transfer printing method was completely established. And, there are the standard images duplicated on the fabrics employed with good colour reproduction.
