以導表作棉織物無版印花之色彩校正研究

Colorimetric Characterization of Ink Jet Printing in Cotton Textile Using Standard Color Samples

摘要


無版印花是利用電腦透過印表機或大型繪圖機,將染料直接噴印在需要印染的布料或媒介上,再經由後處理,快速製作客戶所需要的樣布,能立即確認顏色、圖案,與傳統印染法須先製作版模所花費的時間相比,完全顛覆了傳統打樣的思維,對於喜愛追求流行之消費者而言,無版印花也有更多的優勢,來因應目前求新多變的社會。此外,無版印花也降低了印染廢液的產生,對於環境的污染也比傳統印染法減少了許多。但是無版印花應用上的問題在於,螢幕上之樣本與印製出之樣本間的色差,因此,本研究主要嘗試以無版印花方式對於棉織物進行印染,並且推導演算色彩校正模式以改善印製輸出之色彩品質,使得螢幕之原樣本色與印製出布樣之色彩較趨於一致。

In this study, the main thing is about the colorimetric characterization of ink jet printing, i.e. stencilless printing, for cotton fabrics. The ink jet printing method was used instead of the traditional printing. This digital ink jet printing is the essential tendency of producing technology of textiles in the near future. In addition, the colorimetric characterization is the most important problem for computer printing and ink jet printing. Therefore, in this study, the colorimetric characterization was investigated with standard colour samples for the cotton woven fabrics. The results indicate that the colour characterization for these fabrics printed using the digital ink jet printing method was completed. And, there are the standard images duplicated on the fabrics employed with good colour reproduction.
