螺旋狀結構對電磁波吸收效益之研究

摘要


本研究以螺旋狀銅線製作成板材進行電磁波吸收效益之測試,並以螺旋狀銅線之含量、長度、孔徑大小等變因來進行電磁波吸收效益之測試。由實驗研究得知,螺旋狀板材匹配銅線板材後電磁波吸收效益遠比單層螺旋狀板材電磁波吸收效益優異,且匹配5g銅線之電磁波頻寬較廣闊。當螺旋孔徑為0.3cm,長度為14cm、含量為5g時匹配5g銅線,電磁波吸收效果最高可達37dB。

In this study, we use the spiral copper and put them into thermosetting composites resin to fix their shape and make them have the electric conductivity. To understand the characteristic of the spiral copper, we change several factors, such as the content, length, and bore diameter to measure the absorbent effectiveness of the electromagnetic wave. In this study, the electromagnetic wave absorption of copper wire match spiral-shaped is better than single-layer plate. Further more, the spiral-shaped plate matches 5 g copper wire the electromagnetic wave frequency is broader. When the spiral diameter is 0.3 cm, the length is 14 cm, the content is 5 g matches 5 g copper wire, the highest electromagnetic wave absorption is 37 dB.
