不同直徑螺旋狀結構複合材料之電磁波吸收效益

The Effect of Electromagnetic Wave Absorption by Changing Different Diameter Spiral Copper Wire

摘要


本研究是以不同直徑螺旋狀銅線製成複合板材後進行電磁波吸收效益之測試,並改變螺旋狀銅線之長度、含量來進行電磁波吸收效益之測試。由實驗研究得知,螺旋狀板材匹配直線狀板材電磁波吸收效益遠比單層螺旋狀板材電磁渡吸收效益優異,且匹配1.5%直線狀銅線之電磁波吸收頻寬較廣闊。當螺旋直徑為0.25mm,長度為10.5cm、螺旋含量為1.5%匹配1.5%直線狀銅線,電磁波吸收效果最高可達25.947dB。吸收頻寬率隨銅線直徑下降而增加,當含量1.5%疊層,銅線直徑為0.19mm吸收頻寬率可高達51.81%。

The absorption benefit of the electromagnetic wave by changing diameter, length and content of copper wire were measured in this study. Then put copper wires into the thermosetting resin to make the composite panel. From the experimental results showed that the electromagnetic wave absorption of spiral copper wire composite plied with linear copper wire composite is better than single spiral copper wire composite with the 1.5% of copper wire content composite, the rate of electromagnetic wave absorption band is wide. However the copper wire diameter is 0.25 mm, copper wire loading is 1.5%, and the copper wire length is 10.5 cm, the highest electromagnetic wave absorption value can reach 28.031 dB. Furthermore, when the copper wire loading is 1.5%, copper wire diameter is 0.19 mm; the highest rate of electromagnetic wave absorption band can reach 51.8%.
