幾丁聚醣敷材的製備及其性能探討

Study on Chitosan Sponge Wound and Performance Exploration

摘要


本研究嘗試發展以幾丁聚醣製作低毒性、具生物分解性、生物相容性的敷布,並在多孔材中加入止血劑使細胞的生長能夠均勻且緩慢抑制肉芽組織,達到使傷口復原更完整的預期效果。結果顯示所製成的幾丁基礎膜經測試,具有良好的機械強力為4.16±0.02N與孔隙率59.7138±6.309%。基礎膜含浸蒲黃之後,而就動物實驗結果顯示當傷口敷上敷材後於第6天時傷口表面巴結痂。

The research attempted to develop sponge wound of Chitosan which have a low toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability.
