高強力聚酯基布經紅外線預熱處理後其回潮率之變化

The Study on Moisture Regain of PET Conveyer Belt Fabric after Pre-heating Threated by Far-Infrared

摘要


本研究係將聚酯輸送帶基布經遠紅外線二階段加熱器預處理,以去除表面的含水,藉以強化基布與藥劑及橡膠之界面結合。結果顯示,經遠紅外線加熱器處理過後,在分段各處理加熱時間30秒且間隔停止加熱為15秒處理下之基布,示表面的水汽有被蒸發重量可減少,其回潮率達到0.05%。

The research is to pre-heat the PET conveyer belt using far-infrared heater in order to remove the water on the surface. To improve the adhesiveness between the fabrics, rubber and Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex. The results show that the fabric after Pre-heating by infrared with heating time of 30 second and in between stop for 15 second. The water on the surface of the fiber is increase and the moisture regain from 0.05%.
