聚乳酸纖維經導染劑染色對染料擴散及物性影響之研究

The Effect of Carriers on Dyeability and Physical Properties of Poly-Lactic Acid Fabrics

摘要


本實驗主要利用不同導染劑對聚乳酸纖維進行染色,並針對染色擴散速率、纖維熱性質及物性予以深入探討。藉由改變導染劑種類、濃度及染色條件;由實驗結果發現,添加導染劑確實可以提高聚乳酸纖維的染著量,尤其以水楊酸苯酯(PSA)及甲基萘(NAP)之效果最明顯。另,水楊酸苯酯(PSA)及甲基萘(NAP)將使聚乳酸纖維的強力、熔點及熱裂解點下降。至於,添加導染劑確實可以提升聚乳酸纖維的染料擴散速率。

In this experimentation, we used different carriers to research proliferation rate, the physical properties and thermal properties of PLA fibers. To change different carriers and different consistency of carriers to proceed variations of dyeing process, we found that added carriers truly increased the quantity of dyeing on PLA fabrics, especial PSA (Phenyl Salicylate) and NAP (α-methylnaphthalene). In addition, PSA and NAP decrease strength, melting point and decomposition spot of PLA fibers. To add carriers truly increase proliferation rate of PLA fibers.
