光變色薄膜對紫外光吸收效益與色差變化之研究

摘要


本實驗以不同重量百分比光致變色粉與PU膠混合製成不同厚度的光致變色薄膜,經由塗佈機製成光致變色薄膜後,探討其不同重量百分比的光致變色薄膜吸收效果,與比較再添加紫外線吸收劑後的吸收範固和顏色差異,利用UV光譜儀測出吸收波長在190nm~24nm之間,可有效吸收UV-C間的紫外線,並且與摻入光變色粉體數量成正比,吸收值也會隨之愈高,藉由色差值可確切得知光變色薄膜顏色變化程度。在此可製成塑膠薄膜,黏貼或嵌入汽車玻璃或窗玻璃上,目光照射後變色,達到日光不刺眼,保護視力,並可調節室內和汽車內溫度的作用。

In this experiment, a different percentage by weight of photochromic powder and Polyurethane mixture made of different thickness of photochromic thin films. Made the photochromic film by the coating system to explore their different weight percentages of photochromic film absorption, and increases the ultraviolet ray absorbent again after the comparison the absorption scope and the color difference, determines the absorption wave length using the UV spectroscope between 190nm- 240nm, but absorbs UV-C effectively the ultraviolet ray, and with mixes in the light color deterioration powder body quantity to be proportional, the absorption value also can be higher along with it, may exactly know the light color deterioration thin film color change degree because of the chromatic aberration value. May make the revertex thin film in this, pastes to attach either on the inserting automobile glass or the windowpane, after the sunlight illumination changes color, achieved the sunlight is not dazzling, protects the vision, and may in the surge chamber and the automobile the temperature function.
