銅與碳纖維織成平紋織物對電磁波吸收效益之研究

The Electromagnetic Waves Absorb Effect of Copper Wire and Carbon Fiber Plain Weave Fabric

摘要


本研究利用銅和碳纖維的導電特點,使用兩種纖維去製成平紋織物,並以銅線為經紗,碳纖維為緯紗,再以增加電磁波多重反射空間的材料,製成不同銅線隔距的織物,以及改變碳纖維根數方式與比較有無塑膠管對電磁波吸收值的影響。由實驗可得知,隔距1.5cm 的試片電磁波吸收效果最好,吸收值在31dB,隔距小於1.5cm 的試片由於張力大則空隙大所以不易造成多重反射干涉共振則吸收效果差,而經過不同碳纖維根數發現碳纖維根數6 道的試片吸收效果最好,吸收值在33dB,經由有無塑膠管與固定銅線隔距的試片測試,發現有塑膠管的吸收值整體數值比無塑膠管的吸收值高。
