防燃劑與壓克力樹脂之不同含量對針軋聚酯纖維不織布之防燃性研究

摘要


本研究主要以聚酯不織布作為基材,採用磷系防燃劑與壓克力樹脂製作出車內飾材如車頂篷,衣帽架,後行李箱布,以改變防燃劑與樹脂之含量,探討基材上劑後的防燃性能,本實驗使用防燃劑3% 4% 5% 6% 7%及樹脂濃度0.9% 1.8% 2.7% 3.6% 4.5% 以壓吸機壓力1kg/cm^2進行樣本製作 防燃劑上劑率為5.65%~16.10% 樹脂上劑率為1.60%~10.04%依照車輛研究中心以CNS13387 制定之合格標準 燃燒速率不超過102mm/min 為合格 若超過102mm/min 但在開始計時後60 秒熄滅 且燃燒距離未超過51mm 或無法燃燒至計時起始線即熄滅亦為合格 燃燒速率達61.3mm/min~127.7mm/min。
