霹靂布袋戲之文化產業研究

Study of Cultural Industry of Yunlin Pili Puppet Show

摘要


2000年霹靂布袋戲電影「聖石傳說」的誕生,不僅更加明確地宣告了霹靂布袋戲決心擁抱商品消費的文化產(工)業基調,同時更由此確立其邁向國際發展的雄心壯志。透過電視布袋戲之大眾傳播媒體的形式,霹靂布袋戲不斷地跨足染指:電影、音樂、網路、電玩、精品連鎖店、文物出版品、影視出租店、霹靂布袋戲衛視頻道…等無限寬廣的版圖。本研究擬由此背景,透過目前已出版的大量霹靂布袋戲研究資料,進行整合性論述,探討:1.霹靂布袋戲的風格要素與庶民文化的生產性,研究是經由研究者與霹靂布袋戲同好之間的訪談,以美學形式、風格要素與庶民文化之觀點,探討霹靂布袋戲的庶民文化生產特性。2.霹靂布袋戲作為文化創意產業表徵之回顧與展望,研究將透過並時性的橫斷面比較的研究取徑,根據13項文化創意產業類別與霹靂布袋戲接合流行趨勢所生之種種產品設計資訊,進行分析整理與類型之界定。

The release of The Legend of the Sacred Stone, the movie version of Pili puppet show in 2000, has announced Pili's determination to embrace cultural product sales and its ambition to step into international market. Through the mass media form of TV broadcasting, Pili puppet show has expanded its horizon into movies, music, internet, gaming, boutique stores, cultural publications, video rental stores, and Pili satellite TV channels. Based on the background described above, this study plans to do integrative discussion on the Pili culture though a large number of published research data. We will explore: 1) the elements and the style of the common culture of Pili puppet show. Research in this study is done by interviewing related researchers and Pili show enthusiasts. Also, from the point of view of aesthetic form, style elements and common culture, we also explore Pili show’s cultural production characteristics; 2) Pili show is as a major characterization of the cultural and creative industries. So this study is also finished with the collative analysis and definition through the cross-section comparatives, and according to a variety of product design information that based on the thirteen categories of culturally creative industries and Pili's bonding to prevalent trends.
