客家三腳採茶戲的喜劇藝術及其文化意義

On the Comedy Art and Its Cultural Significance of Hakka three-character tea-picking Drama

摘要


三腳採茶戲是流傳於台灣客家地區的一種歌謠小戲,向以喜劇性風格著稱,本文以現今流傳的三腳採茶戲劇本及演出版本為探討對象,旨在透過中西美學中有關喜劇的理論,檢視客家三腳採茶戲的喜劇藝術及其文化意義。探討內容包括以下幾方面:首先,針對歷來有關三腳採茶戲藝術風格的研究加以檢討,歸納可以改進及補充之處。其次,分別就人物形象塑造、情節的安排、語言的表現三方面考察三腳採茶戲之喜劇藝術,包含喜劇性的來源、喜劇創作的技巧、喜劇美感的呈現及喜劇風格的流變等層面,其三,探討客家人喜劇創造的文化意義,最後總結本論文之研究成果。

This study is for the purpose of examining the comedy art of Hakka three-character tea-picking drama at various areas in Taiwan by the theories of laughter and comedy among the China and the West esthetics. The study will focus on the following faces: (1) review the research results of artistic style about the three-character tea-picking drama, (2) analyze the comedic origin, artistic technique of comedy, comedy esthetic, the style changing of comedy etc., from the portrait of character, the arrangement of plot and the express of language, and concurrently discusses cultural significance of comedy creation, (3) summarizes and reviews the research results of this work. With this study, it must be able to reveal the esthetic and artistic value of three-character tea-picking drama and to be as useful references for the future Hakka esthetics researches.
