模糊環境下整合產品配銷與售後服務之供應鏈網路設計

A Fuzzy Supply Chain Model of Integrated Product Distribution and After-Sales Service

摘要


現代企業經營為善盡社會責任,供應鏈系統除供應端至消費端的正向物流外,更應涵蓋扮演珍貴資源回收與再利用功能之逆向物流,因此有效整合正逆向物流之供應鏈網路設計,誠為降低企業成本與提高消費者服務水準的關鍵因素之一。本研究考慮單一產品在模式成本與時間參數可能為模糊不確定的產銷環境下,探討整合產品配銷與售後服務之供應鏈網路設計模式,研究中應用模糊機遇限制規劃(fuzzy chance-constrained programming, FCCP),並結合以偏好為基礎的基因演算法(priority-based genetic algorithms, PBGA),在產品需求回應與維修服務模糊加權總延遲時間(tardiness)小於允許值之可信性(credibility, Cr)達到一給定水準的條件下,求解滿足一定可信性(Cr)之成本最小化整合供應鏈網路設計決策。本研究之研究成果,除具理論價值外,也可為企業供應鏈網路設計中整合正逆向物流之參考。

Due to the limited availability of natural resources and growing concern for the environment, reverse logistics has received tremendous attention throughout this decade. Reverse logistics and forward logistics should not be designed and managed separately. An effectively integrated forward/reverse logistics network is the key factor for cost reduction and customer service improvement in a closed loop supply chain. In this paper, a closed-loop supply chain integrated product distribution and after-sales service is developed by using fuzzy chance-constrained programming and priority-based genetic algorithms. Under the credibility that the weighted fuzzy tardiness of customer demand and service does not exceed the allowable limit achieve a given level, our model can find the minimum cost design at a given credibility for the closed supply chain. A case example is presented to illustrate the model implementation.
