免接線式麵包版應用於數位電路之可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Unwired Breadboard Applied to Digital Circuits

摘要


近半世紀以來,麵包板一直是電子實驗室的輔助工具,然而剪/接單心線卻經常是使用者的夢靨,不僅耗掉很多時間,更有甚者,只要單心線與麵包板上插孔內的導體之間出現接觸不良的狀況,就可能發生非邏輯性的錯誤,換言之,儘管小心翼翼地完成接線工作,也無法確保一個設計無誤的電路可正常運作。在本文中提出“免接線麵包板”的概念,以FPGA為核心,嘗試建構一個電路系統,將隱身於麵包板下方,取代單心線原有的連線功能,如此既可省下剪/接單心線所耗去的大量時間,又可有效地避免非邏輯性的錯誤。另一方面,已在麵包板上驗證過的電路,元件配置圖與連線關係可被存檔於電腦,日後需要再利用該電路時,只要根據元件配置圖上的標示,將元件置於麵包板的正確插孔,再將連線關係載入電路系統內之快閃記憶體,即可讓先前驗證過的電路重現於板上,不需任何單心線!

Solderless breadboard has been one of the tools for electronic circuit lab through half a century. However, stripping and connecting the wire have usually been the nightmare for users. Those are not only taking a long time but having a broken connection or a loose wire with conductive metal. In order words, despite connecting the wire carefully, it's unsure to work with the correct circuit. In this paper, we proposed the concept of "Unwired Breadboard" by using FPGA as the core. we try to construct a circuit system and hide it behind the breadboard. Replacing with the connection of wires, it can save time and avoid the non-logical error effectively. On the other hand, component placement and connective relation can be saved in the computer. Then, circuit can be recalled from the computer and reproduce on breadboard without wires!
