台灣杉人工林碳吸存潛力及其成本效益分析

摘要


本研究以林業試驗所六龜試驗林台灣杉人工造林地10處,經由總蓄積量及生長潛力估測,藉碳吸存轉換模式:C(下標 plant)=(N×V(下標 stem))×V(下標 whole/stem)×W(下標 o)/V(下標 g)×C(下標 con),推估台灣杉人工林碳吸存量,並依其造林投資之成本效益,計算碳吸存量之適應成本。初步估算結果,目前不同造林地每公頃碳總吸存量在32.58-133.05Mg間,平均每公頃為76.8Mg,由造林吸存碳的適應成本每公噸在447.57-2509.09元,碳吸存量及成本與林齡及造林地林地品質有關。由於造林地之林木尚未達成熟的狀態,仍持續生長中,因此如能提高林地生產力,將可提高碳的吸存。

Current timber stocking and growth potential were estimated by regression equation for 10 Taiwania plantations between 16 and 23 years old in the Luikuei Experimental Forest. Their carbon sequestration potential was calculated with the model of C(subscript plant)=(N×V(subscript stem))×V(subscript whole/stem)×W(subscript o)/V(subscript g)×C(subscript con), and cost was analyzed. Results indicate that the carbon sequestration of these Taiwania plantations was within the range of 32.58 to 133.05Mg/ha, with a mean of 76.8Mg/ha. The cost of their sequestration was from 447.57 to 2509.09 NT$/Mg depending on stand age and site conditions. Improvement of plantation productivity can enhance the potential of carbon sequestration in this forest.
