The conservators are primarily cultivated by formal education. In order to understand its current situations, this study compares the course requirement and the curriculum programming which related to formal archives conservation education between domestic and foreign by content analysis, and with in-depth interviews method to ask teachers and students who are in relevant fields of domestic colleges to know their views of archives conservation education, so as to explore the currently possible problems of domestic archives conservation education. The results indicate that the period of study and teaching of the archives conservation education is not enough, the regulation of admission is lacking for "having basic scientific knowledge", students still have not enough opportunities for practical training, it is hard to express the performance of skills by a score, the period of internship is less than half a year on average, and general domestic institutions are difficult to provide the opportunities of internship. According to the results, the suggestions are proposed for reference in the future.
