文化記憶機構之數位保存認知與實踐
A Study on Memory Institutions' Perception and Implementation of Digital Preservation
摘要
數位化時代，文化記憶機構積極將其典藏的重要資源數位化，但隨之而來的即是數位保存的議題。不論是儲存媒體的損壞、老舊，或者數位檔案格式的過時，以及數位檔案的真實性與完整性等因素，都使數位資源保存的議題更形複雜。本研究採用深度訪談法，對國內文化記憶機構進行訪談，探討目前國內文化記憶機構對數位保存的認知、數位化工作現況，以及在數位保存管理面、策略面與技術面等作法，並了解PREMIS與數位保存之間的相關性。因國內文化記憶機構目前皆無導入PREMIS，期望未來國內文化記憶機構可以將PREMIS導入符合OAIS參考模型之數位保存系統，提升國內文化記憶機構對數位保存的認知及對數位保存相關工作的熟悉度，並建立全國數位保存機制。

In the digital era, many memory institutions actively digitize the important resources of their collections, along with the challenges of digital preservation. Factors such as the aging and detorioation of digital storage media, the obsolescence of digital file formats, and the authenticity and integrity of the digital files has made digital preservation more complicated. This study used the qualitative in-depth interview method to collect opinions of interviewed domestic memory institutions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of domestic memory institutions on digital preservation, their current state of implementation of digital preservation, and the correlation between PREMIS and digital preservation. Since domestic memory institutions do not currently implement PREMIS, it is suggested that domestic memory institutions can implement OAIS-compliant digital preservation systems with PREMIS in the near future, improve domestic memory institutions' understanding and fluency of digital preservation, and establish a national digital preservation mechanism.
