This study investigates the impact among trust (employees' organizational trust, supervisor's trust, and colleagues' trust), job satisfaction (internal satisfaction and external satisfaction) and knowledge sharing (sharing attitude and behavior) by implementing expectation theory and social exchange theory. In these regards, this study tests the mediating effect of job satisfaction and knowledge sharing. By manipulating structural equation modeling (SEM), this study investigates 412 subjects from banks and military financial institutes show that job satisfaction mediated the positive relations of trust to knowledge sharing. On the other hand, internal job satisfaction has stronger relations to knowledge sharing behavior. Managerial discussion and future works are also described on the final section.
