This study chooses 60 tourism bureau approved international hotels as the population and 24 of these hotels as the sample. Questionnaire survey was conducted and 303 valid replies were received. The research analyzes cause and effect relations among leader-member relation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction utilizing structural equation modeling. The result shows that job satisfaction is the mediation variable between organization commitment and leader-member relation. That is, if an organization wants to improve employee commitment, Supervisors must keep high quality relation with subordinates and let employee feel satisfaction to their job. Moreover, leader-member relation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction also has positive influence on organization commitment. Finally, we used multi-group approach and found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment were moderated by position.
