摘要

本研究主要目的在探討酒濫飲與依賴患者之家庭功能狀況，採描述性問卷調查法，以FAD (Family Function Device)中譯版本測量患者之家庭功能，探立意取樣選取七十位診斷爲酒濫飲與依賴患者爲研究對象，另以性別、年齡與教育程度爲控制變項選取食十爲對照組樣本。
所得資料以費雪氏檢定、中位數檢定、相關及迴歸分析，結果顯示：患者之家庭功能不彰，家庭成員彼此間關懷：支持、互動及親密關係不足，以McMaster Model七向度評估家庭功能障礙狀況：顯示家庭整體運作功能（一般功能）、問題解決與情感反應等三向度最爲明顯，患者之婚姻狀況與半年曾換工作，可以預測患者之家庭功能狀況，建議護理人員重視酒癮患者之家庭功能及提供社會功能之復健訓練，運用以家庭爲中心之護理模式，增強患者之問題解決與溝通表達能力，協助酒癮者改善家庭功能。

The main purpose of this study was to explore, the, family function of the. alcohol abuse and dependency patients. 70 subjects by purposive sampling of alcohol abuse and alcoholism, and their coutrol's group of 70 non alcohol abuse and non-alcoholism were selected and sorted in pairs by their age, sex and educational level through a medical center and some other medical facilities. from November, 1993 to February, 1994. By using nonparametric statistics techniques such as Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, correlation and regression to completly analyze these 140 samples' data.
The results can be summarized as follows: (l) Most of the alcohol abuse and alcholism are male, Taiwanese, age through 31 to 45, and with educational level lower than junior high school.
(2) The family dysfunction involves disturbance of problem solving, general function and affective responses.
(3) marital status and job changing can be used to predict alcoholic patients' family dysfunction.
The nursing professionals should supply the program of problem solving, communication training and occupational rehabilitation to the alcohol abuse and depedency patients.
