成功外科手術的要件須包含手術室護理人員的專業參與,但手術室快速流程的獨特性讓許多護理人員感受到極大的壓力。因此,本研究之目的在探討影響手術室護理人員工作滿意度的因素。研究對象爲南部某醫學中心89位的手術室護理人員,以國內蔡和林(2001)翻譯Mueller和McCloskey(1990)之護理人員工作滿意度量表爲主要研究工具。資料以SPSS10.0軟體進行統計分析,包括t檢定及單因子變異數分析。結果顯示手術室護理人員最滿意的因素爲排班,互動、工作環境的掌握、專業的參與爲次之,工作酬勞是滿意得分最低之項目;影響工作滿意度的變項包括年齡、職級、職稱、工作年資與平約年薪筆因子,年齡、職級、職稱、工作年資與平約年薪越高者,其滿意程度越高。未來手術室護理主管應針對滿意度低分項目進行評估與改善,期能增進手術室護理人員工作滿意度,並提高醫療照護品質。
One of the components of a successful surgical operation is professional involvement by nurses in the operating room. However, rapid procedure is the peculiarity that makes nurses feel pressure in the operating room. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with nurses' job satisfaction in operating room. The subjects were 89 nurses who work in a medical center in southern Taiwan. The McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS) translated by Tsai & Lin (2001) was used to measure job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that nurses in operating room were the most statisfied with the scheduling and the least satisfied with the salary. Age, nursing ladder, position, working experiences, and salary were significantly associated with the job satisfaction. Nursing supervisors in operating rooms were advised to carefully evaluate those factors that were the least satisfied to improve nurses' job satisfaction.
