社區老人使用行動輔具的現況、態度、滿意度及其相關因素之探討

摘要

本研究目的旨於探討社區中使用行動輔具老人之使用現況、態度、滿意度及其相關因素之探討。採橫斷式描述性及相關性研究設計，以高雄縣某鄉內有使用或曾經使用行動輔具的75歲以上老人爲研究對象，共取得有效樣本120份。研究結果發現：使用行動輔具的種類、數量方面，與個案本身罹患慢性病數及巴氏量表得分有顯著相關。性別、教育程度、罹慢性疾病數及自述健康狀況，是使用行動輔具態度的重要預測因子，可解釋25.9%變異量；性別、婚姻狀況、月收入、受教育年數及自述健康狀況，是使用行動輔具滿意度的重要預測因子，可解釋15.0%的變異量。本研究結果可作爲健康照護人員協助個案使用行動輔具之依據，增加輔具之使用率及改善身體活動度。

The purpose of this study was to explore the status, attitude, and satisfaction of the mobility aids utilization among the community-dwelling elderly. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study with correlation design. By systematic random sampling, one hundred and twenty 75 years or more subjects who were using mobility aids and residing in Kaohsiung County, were sampled. Data were collected by face-to-face interviews with structural questionnaires. Results indicated that there was a significantly positive correlation between the number of mobility aids use and the number of chronic diseases. A significantly negative correlation between the number of mobility aids use and the score of Barthel Index was observed. Significant predictors of attitude in using mobility aids included sex, educational level, number of chronic diseases, and the self-rating health status, which accounted for 25.9% of the total variance. Significant predictors of satisfaction of using mobility aids included sex, marital status, monthly income, educational level, and the self-rating health status, which accounted for 15.0% of the total variation. The results of this study can assist healthcare professionals in evaluating the needs of mobility aids among elderly so as to increase their functional ability.
