靜態與動態交通量指派方法結果比較分析

A Comparative Study On Static and Dynamic Traffic Assignment Methods

摘要


本文旨於報導各類型交通量指派方法應用在大型路網之比較分析,分析之基礎是台灣北部區域城際路網資料,分析方法包括靜態交通量指派方法、啟發式之準動態交通量指派方法、與即時性動態交通量指派方法。測試分析過程可以反應各種交通量指派方法之應用課題,如電腦使用時間與運算空間等問題;測試結果可以反應各種交通量指派方法所預測交通流量型態之異同。本研究測試結果發現,動態交通量指派方法確實較靜態交通量指派方法更能提供詳細車流變化之交通量預測資訊。

This study tests a static traffic assignment method, a heuristic dynamic model, and an instantaneous dynamic user-optimal (DUO) traffic assignment method. The testing network of Taiwan north region consists of 79 traffic zones, 994 nodes and 2373 links. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: (1 ) static and dynamic traffic assignment methods produce different traffic flow patterns, (2) dynamic traffic assignment methods can describe timely changes of traffic flow patterns, (3) the computational efforts spent on the DUO dynamic traffic assignment method is very large, and(4) the heuristic dynamic method is capable to produce a reasonable dynamic solution quickly so as to avoid complicated computing for the dynamic traffic assignment method.
