本研究探討高雄市國中、小學校位於工業區範圍內的教師,其永續發展態度、空氣汙染(簡稱空汙)風險論點與空汙防治行為三者之關係,以空汙風險論點為中介變項,採用調查法收集數據,並使用結構方程模式(structural equation model)檢驗其中的影響關係,共蒐集有效問卷686人。研究工具以自編的教師環境態度調查問卷,共包含三種量表:永續發展態度量表、風險論點量表及空汙防治行為量表。研究結果顯示最佳模式適配度良好,永續發展態度直接影響空汙防治行為及肯定和否定空汙風險,且肯定和否定空汙風險直接影響空汙防治行為。教師持正向的永續發展態度對空汙防治行為的影響,以肯定空汙風險為中介的影響效果比否定空汙風險當中介大,即教師的永續發展態度越正向,越傾向肯定空汙的風險,則越傾向投入空汙防治行為,因此需強化現職老師對永續發展態度的重視。最後將針對研究結果,提出討論及未來的建議。
This study explores the relationships among teachers' attitudes toward sustainable development, air pollution risk perceptions, and air pollution preventive behaviors. A total of 686 elementary and secondary school teachers were surveyed and structural equation modelling was used to investigate statistical relationships among the three variables. Findings show that the model fits well to the data and the teachers' attitudes toward sustainable development directly predicts their air pollution risk perceptions and preventive behaviors, and their air pollution risk perceptions directly predicts their preventive behaviors. The more positive the teacher's attitudes towards sustainable development, the more likely they affirm the risk of air pollution and engage in preventive behavior. Therefore, it is critical to strengthen the teachers' attitudes of sustainable development.
