教養行為、抗壓能力與青少年問題行為:中介模式

Parenting Practices, Stress Resistance and Adolescent Problem Behavior: A Mediated Model

摘要


本研究目的是探討青少年及其母親知覺教養行為、抗壓能力與青少年憂鬱和攻擊問題行為的關係。本研究對象為就讀國中7至9年級青少年及其母親,共計301對。研究工具包括「教養行為量表」、「抗壓能力量表」、「憂鬱和攻擊量表」。研究結果顯示,在青少年憂鬱方面,首先,「抗壓能力」對於青少年憂鬱有顯著負向直接效果。其次,相較於正向型教養行為,負向型和冷淡型教養行為對於抗壓能力有顯著負向直接效果;另外,一方面,相較於正向型教養行為,負向型教養行為對於青少年憂鬱有顯著正向直接效果,另一方面,它也會經由抗壓能力作用在青少年憂鬱。至於冷淡型教養行為,主要是經由抗壓能力而作用在青少年憂鬱。最後,青少年攻擊的結果與青少年憂鬱的結果相似。由於抗壓能力的相關研究甚少,本研究對於理論建構和實務應用或有其參考之貢獻。

The aim of the present study was to examine relationships among parenting practices, stress resistance and adolescent problem behaviors of depression and aggression. The subjects of the present study were 301 pairs of students in junior high schools and their mothers. The instruments included "Parenting Practice Scale", "Stress Resistance Scale" and "Scales of depression and aggression. The results showed, for adolescent depression, first of all, "stress resistance" had significantly negative direct effect on adolescent depression. Secondly, comparing "positive style of parenting practices", "negative style" and "distant style" of parenting practices had significant negative direct effects on "stress resistance". In addition, comparing "positive style of parenting practices", on the one hand, "negative style" of parenting practice had significant positive effect on adolescent depression; on the other hand, it had indirect effect on adolescent depression through "stress resistance". As for "distant style" of parenting practices mainly had indirect effect on adolescent depression through "stress resistance". Finally, the results for adolescent aggression were similar for adolescent depression. Due to lack of studies of stress resistance, the findings of the present study might offer some contributions about theory building and practical implication.
