高職家政群學生學習態度、學習成效與就業意願之研究

The Study of Vocational School Home Economics-Major Category Students' Learning Attitude, Learning Effectiveness and Employment Willingness

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職學生學習態度、學習成效與就業意願。以高職家政群中美容科、美髮科、時尚造型科、服裝科、流行服飾科、時尚模特兒科學生為主要研究對象,使用問卷調查法進行資料之蒐集,透過立意抽樣之抽樣方式進行問卷發放,有效問卷為591份,有效回收率98%,回收後的資料透過描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及一般多元迴歸進行資料之統計分析。主要發現如下:一、學習態度、學習成效與就業意願皆呈顯著相關性;二、個人背景變項中之髮型設計、整體學習態度與學習成效對就業意願具有解釋力。根據研究結果提出建議:在高職教育中,建議培養學生多重興趣,並增加學生實際操作之經驗與機會,以縮短學用落差。而美容時尚造型相關業者宜多聘用高職家政群相關科系畢業學生,給予學生更多實務操作的機會與學習。

The purpose of this research is to explore the study of vocational school students' learning attitude, learning effectiveness and employment willingness. The subjects of the study were mainly students from the beauty and cosmetics department of vocational schools. They used questionnaire survey methods to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed through intentional sampling. The number of valid questionnaires was 591, and the effective recovery rate was 98%. Descriptive statistics, pearson correlation and multiple regression are used for statistical analysis of data. The main findings are as follows: 1. Learning attitude, learning effectiveness and employment desire are all significantly correlated; 2. Hair design, learning attitude and learning effectiveness have an explanation for employment desire. According to the research results, suggestions are made: In vocational education, it is recommended to cultivate students' multiple interests and increase students' practical experience and opportunities to shorten the gap in learning. The managers of the beauty industry should hire more students from the beauty and cosmetics department of vocational schools to give them more practical opportunities and learning.
