家事管理員職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度之研究

摘要


摘要 探討台灣居家型家務服務市場需求,由於人口結構高齡化、平均壽命延長,以及失能人口大幅增加;同時在經濟環境變遷下,家庭結構核心化、婦女就業人口增加,雙薪家庭增加,幼兒與老人之照顧需求相對增高,引入專業家事管理員之居家服務是現代家庭迫切之需求。 本研究旨在探討台灣經由職前專業訓練的家事管理員接受訓練後,其參與居家服務的職場現況和接受職前訓練後其學習成效與工作應用程度之相關性。針對個人背景變項(性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、最高學歷、、服務年資、服務項目)對職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度做差異性分析,並探討職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度之相關性。問卷的設計係針對:(1)影響職前教育訓練課程滿意度之相關因素。(2)職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度三者間之關係,發展一問卷。針對個人背景變項(性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、最高學歷、服務年資、服務項目)對職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度做差異性分析;並以典型相關分析,探究職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度三者間之相關性。 本研究以南區職業訓練中心承辦之轄區所屬五個縣市共五個訓練單位,投入照顧服務產業的家事管理工作或居家照顧服務的專業家事管理員為研究對象,發出問卷350份,有效樣本數247份,有效樣本回收率70.57%。並以敘述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、scheffe事後多重比較及典型相關分析等統計方法處理與分析。經統計分析後,本研究的主要發現如下: ㄧ、家事管理員以女性居多。 二、參與職場的居家服務以家務整理所佔的比例最高,其次是三餐製備。 三、家事管理員對於整體的職前訓練有相當高的滿意度,尤其是操作性的專 業技能滿意度最高,其次是訓練單位行政服務方面;在學習成效上已婚學員的滿意度最高,其次是單親;在工作應用程度上,年齡41至50歲的中高齡學員認為訓練可以提昇在職場工作上滿意度較高。 四、不同婚姻狀況、年齡、學歷和服務項目的家事管理員對訓練滿意度、學習成 效及工作應用程度有顯著差異。 五、不同性別、服務年資的家事管理員其職前訓練滿意度無顯著差異。 六、職前訓練滿意度、學習成效與工作應用程度三者之間有顯著相關。 關鍵詞:家事管理員、居家服務、照顧服務產業

Abstract The study is to explore the market demand of Taiwan home care service. Due to the problems of aging population, the prolongation of average life span and the increase of disabled people, at the same time, with the change of economic environment and the core tendency of family structure, the number of employed women is increasing, so is the number of dual-earner family, as a result, the demand of looking after kids and the old is increasing accordingly, so it is an urgent demand for modern families to receive the home care service of professional housekeepers. This study aims at discussing the current status of Taiwan housekeepers after they received special pre-service training and the correlation between their application degrees in household service with the effectiveness of household management training. This study uses the personal background variables of housekeepers as research variables, discussing learning effect and application degree separately and their current status and demands. The design of questionnaires aims at: (1) relevant facts that affect the satisfaction degree of pre-service training courses; (2) the correlation among the satisfaction degree of pre-occupation training, learning effect and application degree, which are based to prepare the questionnaires. The research objects are the five training centers in five towns and cities, which belong to Southern Area Vocational Training Center. By sampling those who had attended household service training and worked as professional housekeepers in care service industry or did home care jobs as the objects of research. 350 questionnaires were handed out, 247 pieces of them are valid. The recovery rate of valid samples is 70.55%, which were dealt with and analyzed with the statistics methods of item analysis, reliability, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe afterwards multiple comparison, and canonical correlation analysis. After statistical analysis, the main findings of the study are the followings: 1. Most housekeepers are women. 2. For home care service, keeping house tidy ranks first in the proportion of household service, cooking meals ranks second. 3. Housekeepers have rater high degree of satisfaction on general pre-service training, especially on professional skills of operation, and then there is the respect of administration service of the training center. For learning effect, married students have the highest degree of satisfaction, single parents rank second; for application degree, middle and old-aged students of 41~50 years old think the training can increase their skills, so they have higher degree of satisfaction. 4. There are obvious differences on the satisfaction degree for the training, learning effect and application degree among housekeepers of different marriage status, ages, education backgrounds and service items. 5. There are no obvious differences of satisfaction degree for the training among housekeepers of different sex and service years. 6. It is obvious that there is a correlation among the satisfaction degree of pre-occupation training, learning effect and application degree. Key words: Housekeeper, Home care, Care service industry
