近年來,有愈來愈多新的領導理論受到重視,服務領導即是其中之一,而服務領導與工作滿意度之間的關係,國內外皆有學者探討,然而探討服務領導透過員工參與來影響工作滿意度的研究仍不多見。本研究即以員工參與為中介變項,探討其介於服務領導與工作滿意度間之中介效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,以一般企業組織的員工為對象,蒐集資料後以SPSS及LISREL統計軟體進行資料處理分析,得到以下結論:一、服務領導對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響,二、服務領導對員工參與有顯著的正向影響。三、員工參與對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響。四、員工參與對服務領導與工作滿意度間之關係具有中介效果。最後,我們討論研究結果,並提出研究及管理上的建議及研究限制。
This study aims to explore the relationship among servant leadership, worker participation and job satisfaction. Worker participation was hypothesized as a mediator between servant leadership and job satisfaction. This study conducts mediating effect analysis by SPSS and LISREL. The findings of the study revealed that:( 1) Servant leadership has significant influence on job satisfaction, (2) Servant leadership has positive relationship with worker participation, (3) Worker participation has significant influence on job satisfaction.; (4) Worker participation has mediation effect on the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction. Implications of these findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.
