生活美感經驗與幸福感之研究

A Study of Life Aesthetic Experience and Well-Being

摘要


本研究旨在探討生活美感經驗與幸福感之研究。以臺北市與新北市大學生為主要研究對象,透過立意抽樣之方式進行問卷資料調查,有效問卷為395份。主要統計方法採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關及一般多元迴歸進行資料分析。研究發現如下:一、個人背景變項中之修習美感相關課程對生活美感經驗與幸福感具有顯著差異性;二、生活美感經驗與幸福感呈顯著相關性;三、個人背景變項中之修習美感相關課程、生活美感經驗對幸福感具有解釋力。本研究根據結果提出建議:大學生宜持續保持生活中對於美的覺察,並嘗試美感相關課程與講座活動的學習。此外,學校應落實學生的美學教育以提升美的知能,以利增加學生生活美感經驗與幸福感。

The purpose of this study is to explore the research on life aesthetic experience and well-being. Students from Taipei City and New Taipei City were the main subjects of the study. Purposive Sampling was used to collect questionnaire data. There were 395 valid questionnaires. The main statistical methods used descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, Pearson product-difference correlation, and general multiple regression for data analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. Taking courses related to aesthetics in personal background variables has differences in life aesthetics experience and well-being. 2. There is a significant correlation between life aesthetic experience and happiness. 3. In terms of personal background variables, taking courses related to aesthetic feeling and life aesthetic experience have explanatory power on happiness. Based on the results, this study suggests that college students should continue to maintain awareness of aesthetics in life, and try to study aesthetics-related courses and lectures. In addition, schools should implement aesthetic education for students to enhance their aesthetic knowledge, so as to increase students' aesthetic experience and well-being in life.
