Solitary Trichodiscoma -Report of a Case and Review of the Literature-
單發性毛盤瘤 ─病例報告及文獻回顧─
摘要
本病例報告一位四十五歲男性在左鼻孔下方之單發性毛盤瘤，組織病理檢查顯示典型的病理變化，包括中央為纖維黏液性的基質，周圍由皮脂小葉所圍繞。病人於此腫瘤切除後三年期間並無復發。

A 45-year old man with one solitary trichodiscoma below the left nostril was reported. Histopathological examination of this lesion revealed typical features with centrally located fibromucinous stroma and surrounding sebaceous lobules. There has been no recurrence three years after total excision of this papule.
