間質性蕈狀肉芽腫－病例報告與文獻回顧
Interstitial Mycosis Fungoides-A Cases Report and Literature Review
摘要
蕈狀肉芽腫是皮膚T細胞淋巴瘤最常見之型態，它有許多變異型，間質性蕈狀肉芽腫屬於蕈狀肉芽腫罕見之變異型。吾人報告一75歲女性於軀幹及上臂呈現多數紫紅色斑狀劇癢病灶，皮膚病灶處之組織病理顯示表皮有迴旋狀淋巴球親表皮現象伴隨局部Pautrier微膿瘍，在網狀真皮層中有組織間異形淋巴球樣細胞浸潤，診斷為間質性蕈狀肉芽腫。吾人報告此病例，並回顧文獻。

Mycosis fungoides is the most common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, and many different clinicopathological variants exist. Interstitial mycosis fungoides is a rare variant of mycosis fungoides. We herein report a 75-year-old woman affected by multiple erythematous, violaceous macules with intense pruritus on the trunk and arms. Histopatholgy of the lesion showed epidermotropism of convoluted lymphocytes with local Pautrier microabscesses in the epidermis and interstitial lymphoid cells infiltration in mid-reticular dermis. Interstitial mycosis fungoides was diagnosed. We report this case and literatures were reviewed.
