黏膜牙齦手術於牙周整型之應用：文獻回顧及病例報告
Mucogingival Surgery in Periodontal Plastic Techniques: A Review of the Literature and Case Report
摘要
恢復咀嚼功能或去除病理性因子已不能滿足現代牙周病防治之需求，牙醫美學（如藉由適當的手術來增加、重建和處理齒列周圍牙齦組織，以獲得美觀效果）已成為牙周病專科醫師必要之技術與學識。近年來，由於牙周手術之蓬勃發展，一些原認為不可能治癒之牙周組織破壞也已成為可能，例如在有些成功地覆蓋因萎縮而暴露之牙根手術報告中，其就組織學之觀察，原有牙周組織雖已然喪失，但有趣的是新生之覆蓋組織內，也包含有新生的齒槽骨、牙堊質和結締組織附連等再生組織，這也使得重建失去牙周組織的夢想再度掀起曙光。本篇乃回顧各種有關黏膜牙齦手術應用方面之文獻，並附一覆蓋裸露牙根臨床病例報告以供參考。

Modern periodontal dentistry includes not only the restoration of lost teeth and their associated tissues but also the management and reconstruction of the encasing gingival with variously adequate surgical techniques. In this review, we provided a reconsideration of the literatures on muco-gingival surgical techniques. Indications and contraindications of the different surgical procedures were discussed with reference to the literature. Surgical techniques to attain root coverage, such as various autogenous grafts and guided tissue regeneration techniques, along with application of chemicals such as citric acid to improve their success and histological finding, were also described. A case who received a soft tissue graft for covering the exposed root surface was also reported.
