摘要

根據衛生福利部國民健康署調查，台灣牙周疾病盛行率高達九成，牙周病更是國人易忽略的口腔疾病。牙周病常導致牙齦流血、附連組織喪失及齒槽骨缺損，進而導致牙齒缺失。臨床上我們可以牙周病的基礎治療及應用引導組織再生術進行骨內缺損的修補，本次透過一個局部牙周炎（階段三，程度B）的病例報告來探討引導組織再生術運用於骨內缺損的使用時機以及阻生的下顎第三大臼齒對於下顎第二大臼齒的牙周影響。

According to Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare of Taiwan, the prevalence of periodontitis in Taiwan is nearly 90%. Periodontitis is one of the most neglected disease by people. Periodontitis often cause gum bleeding, clinical attachment level(CAL) loss and defect in alveolar bone, even worse tooth loosen. Dentists could repair these intra-bony defects by guided tissue regeneration(GTR) in clinical practice. This time, we present a case of localized periodontitis. We will discuss the timing and surgical method of GTR in repair of intra-bony defect and the effect to periodontal health of mandibular second molar by mandibular third molar impaction via the case report.
