膠原蛋白膜於牙周骨內缺損的治療：病例報告

摘要

引導組織再生技術自1982年首次運用在人類口腔重建以來，所用的材料已從一張不可吸收的濾紙，發展到可吸收再生材料。臨床醫師在選擇術式之前，應該對所使用材料的性質、臨床適應症及影響治療成敗的因素，才能達成最理想的療效。Peri-Aid是台灣最近上市的一種可吸收膠原蛋白膜（Collagen membrane），本報告將介紹Peri-Aid的材料性質，同時以病例報告分析其於臨床上骨內缺損的應用及效果。

Since the invention of guided tissue regeneration in human oral reconstruction in 1982, the materials utilized have been developed from a nonabsorbable minipore membrane to bioabsorbable materials. Dental practitioners should be familiar with the biological properties, clinical indications, and factors affecting the therapeutic outcome of regenerative procedures in order to achieve best clinical results. Peri-Aid is a new collagen membrane in Taiwan. The purpose of this paper is to review the material properties and clinical documentation of collagen membrane in the management of intrabony defects. Two case reports concerning the clinical procedures and efficacy of Peri-Aid in the treatment of human intrabony defects are also presented.
