摘要


間葉幹細胞可以經過誘導而分化爲造骨母細胞、軟骨細胞或脂肪細胞。造骨母細胞在牙周病的再生手術中扮演了重要的角色。在過去的研究中,間葉幹細胞主要來自於骨髓,但近幾年從。腔的環境中,分別由牙髓腔、脫落的乳牙、牙周韌帶、發育中的根尖組織均分離出間葉幹細胞,這代表口腔組織中存在著具備再生潛能的幹細胞。牙周病的再生手術中,如何獲得更多的幹細胞,則可能代表著更多的牙周組識再生。本文回顧文獻,整理了運用幹細胞輔助牙周再生手術,並探討幹細胞輔助牙周再生手術的方法與效果。

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can be induced differentiation into osteoblasts. chondrocytes and adipocytes. Osteoblasts can improve regenerative result in periodontology. Most of the reports isolate MSCs from the bone marrow, In oral tissues, MSCs were founded and isolated from dental pulp ' deciduous dentition and periodontal ligament in recent researches. There were more and more researches about MSCs mediated periodontal regenerative therapy. This is a literature review on the effect of the periodontal regenerative therapy combined with stem cells.
