雙相磷酸鈣生醫陶瓷在牙周再生與骨再生的運用─文獻回顧

Usage of Biphasic Calcium Phosphate Ceramics in the Periodontal Regeneration and Bone Regeneration-Literature Review

摘要


雙相磷酸鈣為一具有良好生物相容性、骨傳導性的人工合成骨替代材,廣泛運用在骨科和牙科。在牙科臨床上可運用在牙周骨缺損的填充、拔牙齒槽做骨保存術、牙增厚術,亦可當作上顎竇增高術的骨充填材料。本文目的為藉由文獻回顧方式來介紹雙相磷酸鈣的主要成分與探討運用在牙周和牙骨缺損的臨床成效與組織學上癒合的結果,並比較雙相磷酸鈣與其他骨移植物的臨床效果。近幾年的研究報告指出雙相磷酸鈣和其他骨移植材料在改善骨缺損的效果並無明顯差異,為提供人工合成骨替代材多一種選擇。(J. Family Dent. 6(2): 4-13, 2011)

Biphasic calcium phosphate is a good biocompatible and bone conductive synthetic bone substitute,widely used in orthopedic and dental treatments. In the dental field, it can be used in periodontal bone defect filling, tooth extraction socket alveolar bone preservation, ridge augmentation, maxillary sinus augmentation as a bone filling material. The purpose of this literature review is to introduce the main components of biphasic calcium phosphate, to discuss the clinical effectiveness of healing and histological results when used in periodontal and dental bone defects and compare the clinical effects of biphasic calcium phosphate with other bone graft materials. In recent years, studies pointed out that the biphasic calcium phosphate and other bone graft materials used to improve the effectiveness of bone defect did not differ significantly, which provides another option for synthetic bone substitute materials.(J.
