左上第一小臼齒牙周－根管感染合併第三級根叉侵犯之治療
Treatment of periodontal-endodontic Infection Combined with Degree Ⅲ Furcation Involvement in Upper Left First Premolar

This case report describes the treatment of a patient with severe periodontal-endodontic infection in upper left premolar. After endodontic treatment, the patient received periodontal surgery and degree furcation involvement was found. After palatal root amputation, the two-year follow up shown no additional clinical attachment loss and decreased pocket probing depth.
