房子、棚子與摺子-“黃聲遠”與“邱文傑(大涵)”在地建築作品的德勒茲式複性建構

The House, the Shed and the Fold: A Deleuzean Construction of Multiplicity Locally Built by Hwang Sheng-yuan's and Chiu Wen-jia (Da-han)'s Works

摘要


近十年來,台灣的地方積極轉型而要求新的空間形式,也吸引建築精英「到地方去實踐」。建築師如此的在地實踐行動展開一時代新使命,也就是「地方」成了台灣當代建築前衛的一個新位置;本文關切如黃聲遠與邱文傑等精英團隊的現階段在地實踐成果,並希望一探究竟這成果所顯示的在地建構意涵。德勒茲與瓜達理的複性思維提供一詮釋架構,讓我們更能體會建築師們所面對的地方主體生成的無器官身體般的處境、與他們作品成爲一催化地方慾望生產轉向建構性連結機器的意圖。黃聲遠的異質性構築、邱文傑的多皮層構造,以及他們的各種棚子和與地景相互摺動的建築,以一種地下莖式的結構,形塑出一種新的地方尺度與開放多層次的公共空間形式,也摺展出可供地方多可能性轉化之平滑空間節點。但是,這同時也牽涉及地方是否成功地從邊陲的轉變爲前線的角色,以及地方是否也相應地發展出自己的流動經濟,否則在地建構與在地虛構也只是一線之差而已。

In the past decade, the local in Taiwan has been confronted with an urgent transformation and asks for a new spatial form. Architectural élites are hence attracted to practice locally. Such an action to practice locally demonstrates a new epochal mission, and the local becomes a new position for the architectural avant-gardes in contemporary Taiwan. This article is concerned with the current results locally done by Hwang Sheng-yuan's and Chiu Wen-jie's practice and hopes to investigate .the signification of such construction in the local. Deleuze and Guattari's idea of multiplicity provides an interpretive framework for such a study. It helps us more empathically understand the local subject's situation of becoming, like the body without organ, with which the architects are confronted. Embedded in their works, the intention to stimulate a turn of the local production of desire to a constructive nexus machine is also speculated. Like a rhizomic structure, Hwang's and Chiu's works formulate a new scale and a multi-layered form of public space for the local, which in turn constitute nodes of the kind of smooth space. Nevertheless, there is just a hair's breadth between an action to construct locally and a local fabrication, with respect to whether or not the local can succeed in developing an economy of flow and turning itself from a role of periphery to that of a frontier.
