震災居民對災後社區重建之關注事項

The Concerns of Community Residents in the Post-disaster Reconstruction after Major Earthquake

摘要

921集集大地震是台灣近百年來最嚴重的自然災害，造成居民生命和財產大損傷。本文是於921震災後2個月至9個月之間，藉由災區實地家訪過程，以半結構訪談方式收集資料，訪談對象共41位，男性23位及女性18位，平均年齡59歲。結果發現：身體健康照護、重建心理健康、維護社會資源、及環境重整是災民所關注的四大主題。地震後居民關注事項的瞭解，能協助重建團隊針對災區居民的真正需求，提供完善的照護，期能達到健康社區之目標。

The 921 Chi-Chi Earthquake was the most severe natural disaster of Taiwan in the 20th century. It caused a lot of lives and properties loss. The research explored concerns of the post-disaster reconstruction from community residents at 2 to 9 months after the disaster. Forty-one community residents with mean age of 59 were recruited in the study. Twenty-three men and eighteen women were interviewed. A semi-structured interview guide was used. The findings revealed that the main concerns of community residents included “physical health care”, “mental health reconstruction”, “preserving society resource”, and “environment reconstruction”. The findings can be used as a reference for the reconstruction of community after disaster.
