摘要

本研究是以橫斷式調查法來探討更年期婦女的人口學特性、健康狀況及身體症狀困擾程度與更年期健康需求之關係，以期能針對其需求提供適切的護理。針對醫院門診更年期婦女採立意取樣方式進行訪談，共訪得75名個案。研究所得資料以SPSS/Windows進行統計與分析。研究結果發現：整體健康需求重要程度以一至四分計，屬於中等程度(M=2.33)，然而健康需求之滿足程度以一至四分計，(M=1.9)屬於低度滿足，各層面健康需求序位依次為：訊息需求、心理社會支持需求及生理需求；健康需求之滿足程度方面序位依次為：心理社會支持、訊息需求、生理需求。足見更年期婦女處於此期時，渴求能多獲得更年期相關訊息，而其適應更年期生理之轉變的健康需求亦急待協助。此外，研究中也顯示自覺健康狀況愈差、身體症狀發生頻率愈高、症狀困擾愈嚴重，健康需求的重要程度愈高而滿足程度愈低。因此，我們應予此期婦女更多的關注，推廣更年期婦女的健康促進，建立正向的更年期態度，以協助解答內心之疑惑，進而協助其改善更年期的過應過程。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the health needs and the related factors among perimenopausal women. The cross-sectional design used purposive sampling to recruit women from gynecologic clinics in the Taipei area. 75 perimenopausal women mean aged 51.24 were recruited and interviewed by questionnaires including the demographic data, health status, perimenopausal symptoms and health needs. The results of study were as follows: Women’s perceived the importance of total health needs was median (mean score=2.33). The importance of health needs was ranked as information, psychosocial support and physical health needs. However, the level of satisfaction of total health needs was low (mean score=1.9). The order of satisfaction of health needs was ranked as: psychosocial support, informational and physical health needs. Therefore, perimenopausal women needed the health knowledge as well as relieved their physiologic discomforts to adapt the physical change. In addition, the frequency of symptom appearance and the level of perimenopausal symptoms were found positively correlated with the importance of health needs, and negatively correlated with the satisfaction of health needs. Based on study results, we should provide health promotion and counseling service about perimenopause, in order to solve many midlife women’s doubtfulness and improve their perimenopasual adaptations.
