國際醫護學術研討會口頭發表指引

A Guide to Oral Presentations in Medical and Nursing Conferences

摘要


學術研討會口頭發表是一個分享醫護實務經驗和研究成果的有效途徑,然而,因為準備不足、製作經驗不足、或缺乏自信等因素,報告者往往未能充分利用口頭發表的優勢,將報告以最佳的方式呈現。本文以國際學術研討會為例,說明口頭報告中準備、練習和報告的三個主要階段,分別在整體規劃及簡報製作上,提出如何加強與聽講者溝通的要點。參考這些基本原則,醫護人員應能製作及呈現富有專業感和令人印象深刻的口頭報告。

Oral presentations at academic conferences are an effective venue for disseminating practical experiences and research findings in the fields of medicine and nursing. Nevertheless, due to insufficient preparatory work, inexperience in constructing presentation materials, and lack of self-confidence, many presenters are unable to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in oral presentations and unable to deliver their talk in its best possible form. In this article, we took international academic conferences as an example to illustrate the three main phrases-preparation, practice, and presentation in oral presentations. We provide a number of key points in how to enhance communications with the audiences through the overall planning and the development of presentation materials. By following these basic principles, healthcare workers should be able to create professional-looking and memorable oral presentations.
