摘要

樹突細胞是我們人體內之主要的抗原呈現細胞。最主要的兩類樹突細胞是漿樣樹突細胞與髓樣樹突細胞。本文將會探討如何去製備樹突細胞疫苗。“Provenge®＂是本文所探討的抗前列腺癌的樹突細胞疫苗。

Dendritic cell is the major antigen presenting cell of our body. There are two main types of dendritic cell: myeloid dendritic cell and plasmacytoid dendritic cell. This article will discuss how to prepare a dendritic cell based vaccine. Provenge®, a dendritic based anti-prostate cancer vaccine is discussed in this manuscript.
