摘要

聯合國愛滋病規劃署（UNAIDS）及世界衛生組織，呼籲世界各國於2020年達到「90－90－90」之目標，即90%愛滋病毒感染者知道自己感染狀況、90%知情感染者有服藥、90%服藥者病毒量受到抑制。全球各國，無不全力以赴。台灣在2017年，達到79%－84%－88%，尚有努力的空間。本文以某醫院的經驗，探討台灣目前的73所疾病管制署認可的愛滋病指定醫院，在這神聖的目標下，所扮演的角色。
