漁船安裝最適主機及輔機之研究

摘要


漁船由於不同作業功能與航行區域之船隻所需輔機功能配置不明,造成輔機功能與成本的浪費,及部份漁船馬力過大,浪費能源不符經濟效益。現有漁船輔機運轉方式不當,耗用電力過大,增加營運成本。發電用柴油引擎使用甲種、乙種漁船摻配所引起性能匹配而造成引擎燃燒不良的問題。 本計劃的主要目的係探討不同作業功能與航行區域之船隻所需主機及輔機功能的異同點。針對為主機服務的電動機與機艙通風機提出改善的建議。並對各型作業漁船提出最佳主輔機匹配方式。配合發電用柴油引擎性能,自動摻配甲種、乙種漁船用油。根據實際需求安裝最適主機及輔機可以使機械效率提高而降低漁船營運成本;節省能源並維持發電用柴油引擎正常燃燒性能,避免漁船事故發生。

Because of the undefined device for the auxiliary of the fishing boat at various working conditions and sailing area, it makes the capability and cost wasted and causes the poor economic benefits. The present operating method of auxiliary machinery is wrong, so it causes the electric power consumption and raises the operating cost. The utilization of the combustion of A and B class fuel in the diesel engine generator causes the incomplete combustion. The purpose of the project is investigating the difference of main and auxiliary machinery at various working conditions and sailing area. We provide the improving suggestions about the main motor generator and the ventilator of engine rooms. Besides, we suggest the optimal combination of main and auxiliary machinery for various operation fishing boats. In order to match the performance of the diesel engine generator, the A and B class fuel are combined together automatically. The installation of appropriate main and auxiliary machinery based on the realistic requirement the mechanical efficiency to reduce the operating cost in the fishing boats, and then, it economizes the energy resources and maintains the regular combustion performance of the diesel generator to avoid the accident of the fishing boats.
