船舶動力系統中之泵振動分析與解決

摘要


船舶設備維修管理作業中,對機械損壞之嚴重性,尤其對於小故障損壞,而使得船運效能降低,甚至需停滯維修,所以準確診斷出泵的典型異常振動故障,減少機械損壞的嚴重性,對船舶設備維修管理作業,是相當重要的,機械損壞,影響船運效能,甚至需停滯維修,故平時就須從小維修著手儘量避免因小失大、在任何的動力裝置中對各式泵實施狀態監測,通過對水泵振動波形、頻譜進行分析,準確診斷出泵的典型異常振動故障;保證泵的實際運轉中,可以減輕泵的振動,並加以控制。本文藉由「頻譜」分析法,分別考慮安裝後運轉以及加載發生等情形下,找出馬達-泵振動之來源。針對馬達-泵P11-MTR-5023 A/B做實例分析,分析結果顯示於正常無事故以及偶發事故發生情況下,觀察運轉時的馬達-泵振動值變化予以分析改善。改善方式、結果可提供馬達-泵運轉決解振動之相關工作參考。

The purpose of this paper is to diagnosis typical abnormal vibration failure of the pump in marine equipment maintenance and management operation to reduce the mechanical damage. It is very important to prevent from mechanicalserious damage to the glitch, and make to degrade shipping performance. Accurate diagnosis of the typical abnormal vibration fault of the pump can endure the actual operation of the pump and reduce the vibration of the pump with pump vibration ware form and spectrum analysis. Considering the operation of Motor-pump P11-MTR-5023A/B to identify the source of Motor-pump vibration, the analysis showed that the finding between the normal accidentand contingency, observe the operation of the motor-pump vibration change be analyzed to improve. The findings contribute to the motor-pump operation must solution to the vibration reference.
