溫度影響對於船用玻璃纖維積層板之拉伸試驗研究

摘要


本研究主要探討玻璃纖維強化塑膠(Fiber-Reinforced Plastic,FRP)的不同環境溫度下的差異,利用浸泡於不同溫度的水缸中,討論出拉伸試片在實驗過程產生的差別。本文之材料試驗規則是根據財團法人中國驗船中心(CR)的規範製作標準拉伸試片進行拉伸試驗,觀察其抗拉強度與彈性模數是否符合中國驗船中心之規範並且斷裂位置於標距之中。研究利用處於不同環境溫度對FRP材料進行探討,在本次中的製程為在每層鋪層完畢上膠後,利用塑膠刮刀在纖維棉上來回刮數次,將鋪蓋玻璃纖維棉時包在樹脂與玻璃纖維棉中的氣泡排除,並在標準試片切割機裁切完後畫上標距,在浸泡至水缸中八小時後,進行拉伸試驗。經實驗結果發現,在低溫環境與室溫環境相較之下,試片少部份符合CR規範之抗拉強度,而彈性模數均處在規範之合格邊緣;另高溫環境與室溫環境相較之下,試片皆不符合CR規範之抗拉強度與彈性模數範圍,且只有少部分試片斷裂在標距內,從各試片斷裂痕跡也可發現,材料受拉後都是單側斷裂,故可判斷因受熱影響造成力量傳遞的不均勻。

This study focus on the differences in the different ambient temperatures of Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP). This study's material test regulations of this paper is to make a tensile test on the standard tensile test piece according to the specifications of the China Ship Inspection Center (CR). Observe whether the tensile strength and elastic modulus conform the specifications of the China Ship Inspection Center. Observe whether the fracture position is among the gauge lengths. The research uses FRP materials at different ambient temperatures. This study ameliorates the machining procedure. After the layer completed on, use scraper to scratching the surface and let the liquid resin on the layers equally, simultaneously exclude internal bubbles. After the standard test piece cut by cutting machine, mark the standard length on the standard test piece. After immersing in the water tank for eight hours, carried out the tensile test. Confirmed by the experimental results that the low temperature environment compared with the room temperature environment. A small part of the film conform the tensile strength specified by CR, and the elastic modulus is in the qualified edge of the specification, In the high temperature environment and the room temperature environment, the test piece does not conform the tensile strength and elasticity specified by CR. Only a small part of the test piece breaks within the gauge length, and the fracture marks of the whole test piece are not uniform. Only one side of the fiber breaks, so it is difficult to predict the fracture position.
